Oration from the President

I believe that we are now accomplishing a great work.

Many of us came from the poor families. We have experienced the miseries and hardships suffered by our parental generation. As knowledge changes fate, we got developed. However, what makes us uneasy is that there are hundreds of millions of peasants having the same fate with our parents, whose statuses are not improved substantially. Therefore, making our great efforts to assist the peasants to be rich has become our firm belief. Due to such saint mission, several thousands of Haid staffs, including he/she, you and me, come together.

Look back at the road that Haid has walked. We are proud! In the past 10 years, Haid has grown from a small workshop-style factory with several staffs to a large-scale hi-tech group corporation with about 40 subsidiaries, one research center and 6 pilot test bases with leading core technologies in the industry. The road that we have taken is rough, and every forward step is filled with wisdom and efforts of every Haid staff.

We can say with clear conscience that Haid has left indelible marks and contribution as China’s aquatic feed industry starts development; we also can say with confidence that Haid will be a pillar as China’s aquatic feed industry has further development.

Our confidence comes from our leading core technologies around the world, from our vibrant team, from our broad mindedness of “the sea admits hundreds of rivers for its capacity to hold”, from our courage and determination without fearing difficulties to realize ideal and achieve great work.

We clearly know that China’s feed industry is in the most difficult period and China’s aquaculture industry struggles in the brink of loss. But we must make full use of the wisdom of Haid people to use our hi-tech products and professional service to lead the peasants to embark on the way of development. With regards to this, what challenges we will face! Our technology still needs to be refined, R & D needs more investment, our talents team still needs reinforcement, and our management is still not sufficiently supplicated; we have not experienced the storm and test of cold winter; compared with many excellent enterprises, we still lag far behind and have nothing to be proud of.

We feel heavy because we deeply feel the responsibility on our shoulders.

We are excited because history entrusts the saint mission to us: promote agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances and change the status of the rural China. This is glory and dream yearned for by Haid people!

We are sure that only if every Haid staff with the same belief does his work carefully and well and struggles arduously without giving up hope, we will achieve our glory and dream.
